What type of housing does Devine Living Solutions provide?

Devine Living Solutions provides supportive, all-inclusive, non-medical group housing for adults who benefit from a safe, stable, structured, and respectful residential environment.

Do you offer short-term and permanent placement?

Yes. Placement options may include short-term, long-term, or permanent housing, depending on availability, compatibility, funding, and the prospective resident’s needs.

Who may be eligible for placement?

We may serve seniors, veterans, adults with disabilities, individuals in recovery, returning citizens, low-income adults, adults with special needs, and adults who require low to moderate assistance.

Every referral is reviewed individually to determine whether the resident can live safely in a shared, non-medical residential setting.

Do you provide 24-hour medical care?

No. Devine Living Solutions is a non-medical group home.

We do not provide 24-hour skilled nursing, emergency medical supervision, or continuous medical care.

What level of care do you accept?

We generally consider adults whose needs fall within a low to moderate level of care and who can live safely in a shared home with appropriate outside support when necessary.

What is included at move-in?

Every new resident receives a personal care welcome packet that includes:

  • Toothbrush and toothpaste
  • Bar of soap
  • Lotion and deodorant
  • Lip balm
  • Hand sanitizer and tissue
  • Nail clipper and nail file
  • Face cloth
  • Shampoo and conditioner
What household supplies are provided monthly?

The home receives monthly household essentials, including:

  • Laundry detergent
  • Paper towels
  • Toilet paper
  • Trash bags
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Dishwashing liquid
What amenities are included?
  • Washer and dryer access
  • Television in the community area
  • Internet and Wi-Fi
  • Furnished shared living spaces
  • Utilities included
Can residents receive outside medical or support services?

Yes. Depending on eligibility and provider availability, residents may receive services from independent third-party providers.

These services may include home health, therapy, case management, social work, behavioral counseling, durable medical equipment, medication support, and other community-based services.

Do you accept referrals from outside South Carolina?

Yes. Devine Living Solutions accepts referrals from across the United States, although housing placement is based in the Columbia, South Carolina area and surrounding communities.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Columbia, Lexington, Irmo, Cayce, West Columbia, Forest Acres, Sumter, Camden, Newberry, Orangeburg, and nearby communities within approximately one hour of Columbia.

How do I begin the referral process?

Visit the Referral page, complete the referral form, and create an email addressed to our team.

You may also contact us directly by phone or email to discuss placement.

Is placement guaranteed after submitting a referral?

No. Every referral is reviewed for availability, household fit, level of care, funding, safety, and compatibility.

Submission of a referral does not guarantee acceptance or placement.
