Our role is limited to housing and the household amenities specifically described on this website.
Do you offer short-term and long-term housing?
Housing arrangements may include short-term, long-term, or permanent housing, depending on availability, household compatibility, funding, and suitability for the available shared residential setting.
Who may be considered for housing?
We may consider seniors, veterans, adults with disabilities, individuals in recovery, returning citizens, low-income adults, adults with special needs, and other adults seeking shared residential housing.
Every referral is reviewed individually to determine whether the available housing may be an appropriate residential fit.
Does Devine Living Solutions provide medical care, personal care, or supervision?
No. Devine Living Solutions provides housing only.
We do not provide medical care, personal care, nursing services, supervision, medication management, behavioral-health services, therapy, case management, transportation, or other direct support services.
Do you accept residents who use outside service providers?
A prospective resident may independently use outside providers when appropriate and when the individual remains suitable for the available shared residential environment.
Any medical, personal-care, behavioral-health, therapeutic, case-management, transportation, medication-related, or other outside services must be arranged separately through independent third-party providers.
Those outside services are not provided by Devine Living Solutions.
What is included at move-in?
New residents receive a basic move-in welcome kit that may include:
- Toothbrush and toothpaste
- Bar of soap
- Lotion and deodorant
- Lip balm
- Hand sanitizer and tissue
- Nail clipper and nail file
- Face cloth
- Shampoo and conditioner
Providing these items does not constitute personal-care services.
What household supplies are provided?
Household essentials may include:
- Laundry detergent
- Paper towels
- Toilet paper
- Trash bags
- Cleaning supplies
- Dishwashing liquid
What housing amenities are included?
- Washer and dryer access
