Who We Serve

We provide supportive, all-inclusive living solutions for adults who benefit from a safe, structured, respectful, non-medical group setting.

Supportive Living for Diverse Adult Populations

Devine Living Solutions serves adults throughout Columbia, South Carolina and surrounding communities. Each referral is reviewed individually to determine whether the resident’s needs, level of care, and living goals are appropriate for the home.

We welcome referrals from families, agencies, hospitals, case managers, social workers, mental health providers, veterans organizations, home health agencies, rehabilitation facilities, and individuals seeking placement.

Populations We May Serve

Placement depends on availability, compatibility, resident needs, and the level of care required.

Seniors

Supportive housing for older adults who benefit from a safe, stable, respectful, and structured living environment.

Veterans

Housing solutions for veterans seeking stability, structure, and connection to community resources.

Adults With Physical Disabilities

Inclusive living arrangements for qualifying adults whose needs are appropriate for a non-medical group setting.

Adults With Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities

Supportive placement may be considered when the resident can safely live in a shared, low-to-moderate-care residential environment.

Individuals in Recovery

Structured living environments that encourage stability, accountability, healthy routines, and continued participation in appropriate outside support.

Returning Citizens

Supportive housing for adults transitioning back into the community and working toward stability and independence.

Low-Income Adults

All-inclusive housing options designed to reduce financial strain and provide a more stable living arrangement.

Adults With Special Needs

Housing may be available for adults who need additional structure, supervision, or outside support services.

Adults Needing Low to Moderate Assistance

Placement may be appropriate for adults who can live safely in a non-medical shared home with low to moderate daily assistance.

What Helps Make a Placement Appropriate?

Each referral is reviewed carefully to support resident safety and household compatibility.

Appropriate Care Level

The resident’s needs should fall within a low to moderate level of care.

Shared-Living Compatibility

The resident should be able to live respectfully and safely with others.

Outside Support When Needed

Medical, behavioral, therapeutic, or case-management services should be coordinated through qualified outside providers.

Stable Funding Plan

Placement arrangements should include a clear and dependable payment or funding plan.

Accurate Referral Information

Complete and honest information helps determine whether the home can safely meet the resident’s needs.

Mutual Fit

The resident’s needs, goals, and personality should be compatible with the household environment.

Important: We Are a Non-Medical Group Home

Devine Living Solutions does not provide 24-hour skilled nursing, emergency medical supervision, or continuous medical care.

We accept adults whose needs fall within a low to moderate level of care and who can live safely in a shared residential setting with appropriate outside services when required.

A referral may be declined when the resident requires a higher level of medical, behavioral, mobility, or safety support than the home can provide.
